When Alijah is about 7 years old, there were a small cut on his bottom foot. However, like many parents, Alijah's father, Williams, who believed the cut would be cured after couple days. And what they actually did just ignored it.
However, after about a week, Williams found Alijah felt very sore, pain and felt sad. Alijah started to get cramps across his face.
"It's like getting cramp but it's everywhere, across the face as well. They are so tight your jaw locks", Williams said, "It got so bad they put him in an induced coma just to put him out of his misery." (720 ABC Perth)
Alijah's parents felt terrible and sorry about this. All this happened was because the decision they made--Deciding not to vaccinate!! This was obviously that their parents had made a wrong decision!
This was the horrible news I reads that happened in Perth, Australia some years before. I felt shock about this! You believed it or not, I cried.
But luckly, Alijah did not died. He survival. Although at the begining, Williams did not trust the caccinations, but he had to try to do this for his son. "Williams says that he was influenced by stories he read on the internet that the MMR (Measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine was linked to children developing autism; that they contain mercury and aluminium and that vaccines are promoted by drug companies purely for profit" (720 ABC Perth)
After the vaccinations, serval days later, Alijah getting better and better. Not just Alijah can speak out, but also can walk. It was absolutely hard for Alijah to do that at the begining. However, thanks Alijah tried and did, he successed.
I think this is the happy ending of the story at lease. Maybe you not believed the story, but it did happened in our life. The vaccinations seem just like the injections, but it is very powerful and absolutely important in our life. They can influence our life and make a totally life.
With the development of the society, vaccinations become more important than before as human being's living condition or environment getting worse than before.Therefore, many new kinds of virus or disseas come to our life. Getting some vaccinations seem important to us, and also as parents, they should pay more attention on this and give their children on time or in time.
